1) Who we are

These Terms govern access to and use of the Master of Faith website and services (the “Service”). The Service is operated by THE BEST OF NATURE (Luxembourg). Company identification details are available on the Legal Notice.

2) Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3) Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country/region. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity.

4) Account & security

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5) What the Service is (and is not)

Master of Faith provides informational content and guidance tools, including features assisted by artificial intelligence. The Service is designed to help you reflect, organize information, and explore options.

The Service does not provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other regulated advice). You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

6) User content

You may submit text and other information to the Service (“User Content”). You retain your rights in your User Content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, infringing, or that violates the rights of others.

7) Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access data or systems without authorization.
  • Do not interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service (except where permitted by law).
  • Do not use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes.

8) Subscriptions, billing, and payments

Some features require payment (subscription and/or one-time purchase). Prices and billing terms are presented before checkout. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers.

Unless required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once the digital service is provided. If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, additional consumer rights may apply depending on your location and purchase type.

9) Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by THE BEST OF NATURE and/or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10) Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time (including features or availability), and we may update these Terms. The date at the top indicates the latest version. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.

11) Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE BEST OF NATURE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

13) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

14) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country apply.

If you are in the EU, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
